MPD Dental Program

Individual MPD Dental Membership

A one year MPD memberhip for one person costs $59.00. This will give you access to our network of 200 dentists, General and Specialists, and you pay 20% to 40% less for your work than you would otherwise. This is an excellent program for people who do not have dental insurance since it immediately lowers the cost you pay for a procedure. With traditional dental insurance you don't benefit from the lower cost until the insurance company sends you a reimbursement check. With the MPD dental program you just pay the lower cost at the time of your visit.

We will use the name and address of the credit card information you submit for your MPD membership. If you want the membership in a name other than the one on your credit card or want to have it mailed to another address then send us an email containing the name and address on the credit card you submitted as well as the name and address that you want to use for your MPD membership. .

Family MPD Dental Membership

A one year MPD membership for a family (everyone living at your home address, if you want a card for everyone) costs $99.00.

We will use the name and address of the credit card information you submit for your MPD membership. If you want the membership in a name other than the one on your credit card or want to have it mailed to another address then send us an email containing the name and address on the credit card you submitted as well as the name and address that you want to use for your MPD membership.

Also, provide the names of other people living at your home address that you want to be covered in the program.
